Commercial license boundary

The open-source delivery gate and the planned commercial cloud service have separate rights and obligations.

Open-source core

The repository named agent-delivery-gate is available under Apache License 2.0. Its users may exercise the rights granted by that license without purchasing Agent Delivery Cloud.

Commercial service

Cloud APIs, hosted control-plane operation, governed worker routing, team administration, managed retention, enterprise adapters, and related non-public components are proprietary commercial services unless separately stated.

No implied trademark license

Open-source code rights do not grant rights to impersonate the official service, use its branding as an endorsement, or misrepresent a modified distribution as the official hosted product.

Enterprise use

Private deployment, SLA, support, redistribution, OEM, and negotiated data terms require a written enterprise agreement. Final operator identity and notice address must be inserted before this policy becomes active.
